I have more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, and throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to help people navigate a wide range of mental health challenges. I believe that every person is unique, and I take the time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals so we can develop an approach that feels right for you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, co-occurring disorders, and other mental health concerns. I use a variety of treatment approaches and interventions based on your individual needs. My goal is not only to help you manage the challenges you’re facing, but also to help you build the skills and confidence to improve your overall quality of life. I believe that a strong, trusting relationship between a patient and clinician is an important part of successful therapy. From our first appointment, I want you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing what you’re going through. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences and identify meaningful steps toward the changes you want to make in your life.
