I earned my Master's in Social Work from Gallaudet University. Throughout my career, I have worked in a wide variety of settings, including hospitals, inpatient and outpatient clinics, and have extensive experience with the military. I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) and couples, addressing stress, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, addiction issues, and PTSD. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Prolonged Exposure, and EMDR. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
