I earned my Master's in Social Work from Gallaudet University. Throughout my career, I have worked in a wide variety of settings, including hospitals, inpatient and outpatient clinics, and have extensive experience with the military. I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) and couples, addressing stress, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, addiction issues, and PTSD. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Prolonged Exposure, and EMDR. My passion is helping people improve their quality of life.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
