Psychotherapist
TN
Hi, I’m Tori, a licensed and board-certified professional counselor. I work with individuals who are seeking deeper healing, healthier relationships, and a stronger connection with themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we create a space where you can slow down, better understand what you’re experiencing, and begin creating meaningful and lasting change. I especially enjoy supporting clients navigating anxiety, stress, relationship and attachment concerns, trauma and difficult past experiences, burnout, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical — a place where you feel safe enough to be honest while building insight, resilience, and healthier patterns. Originally from a small town outside of Nashville, Tennessee, I now call Colorado home. I earned my BA in Applied Psychology from Carson-Newman University and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern University. I began my career working in higher levels of care with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, experiences that continue to shape the depth, compassion, and perspective I bring into my work today. My own experience in therapy allows me to approach this work with deep empathy, humility, and genuine understanding. I know firsthand how vulnerable it can feel to ask for support, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest, explore difficult experiences, and gain meaningful insight and tools that extend beyond the therapy room.
