I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY with a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and over 7 years of experience working with clients of all ages. I support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, body image concerns, domestic violence, maternal health, relationship issues, extensive trauma, and burnout recovery. My number one priority is creating an emotionally safe space for clients to express, process, and resolve important issues as they navigate their current circumstances. I enjoy incorporating cognitive behavioral tools, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion into my therapeutic approach.

My approach working with clients is non judgmental, empathetic, honest and direct. You will be treated with empathy, understanding and compassion. With over 7 years of experience working with various aged populations, I enjoy challenging issues while helping clients enhance their overall well being and unlocking their full potential.
