I’m passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, panic disorders, trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan and strive to create a therapeutic space grounded in empathy, authenticity, and meaningful connection.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring an eclectic approach to therapy that engages both mind and body. I integrate evidence-based practices including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic therapies, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. With experience serving diverse populations in community-based settings, I offer a warm, grounded approach to care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move forward on their healing journey with greater confidence and well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
