What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm licensed in Texas and Virginia and have 6 year of experience working with ages 5 to adult through individual and family therapy. I pull from a variety of theories and tailor my techniques to your needs. I encourage open communication and working together to find the style that best support you.

I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. You are the expert of your life and I am here to help on your journey towards healing.
