My background in mental health and substance abuse has allowed me to work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and co-occurring illnesses. I maintain special interest in autism and neurodiverse thought processes, and I am fascinated by working with individuals who are environmentally compromised by personality disorders. There is always a solution if you can see the problem. I meet clients where they are and initiate therapy with their permission, maintaining dignity and respect in all interactions. I've worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and age ranges. I utilize evidence-based modalities and skills developed through 36 years of direct service.
