Let me start by saying self-care is the one thing we can do for ourselves but is often the last thing we prioritize. So, congratulations on taking the first steps in caring for yourself.
The journey of therapy is not easy. There will be times when it feels exhausting, but as you continue on your path, the answers will emerge through the work you do with your therapist.
It is a privilege and an honor to walk this journey with you. As a therapist with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including couples, adolescents, and individuals facing trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I did not enjoy ANY of my experience with this woman. She was short and seemed exasperated before we got started. After asking what my goals are, she said people ALWAYS have a goal when I replied that I did not have a current goal that I could articulate. She really came off as tired, overworked and unsympathetic in the assessment period when I shared that I had attempted to fill it out prior to the appointment, but it wouldn't cooperate, and kept kicking me off the site. She repeatedly asked me to repeat myself and seemed frustrated with the entire experience.
