My name is Vivian Fogel; I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I believe you have the resources within you to achieve your goals. I offer my clients unconditional support and am committed to understanding them for who they are as unique individuals. My clients and I collaborate to foster insight and awareness about areas of concern in order to develop a plan to manage daily challenges. I believe in personalized care and use a strength-based, client-centered approach. Clients learn new and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others, improve communication and assertiveness skills to achieve a greater sense of connection, and find intimacy in current and future relationships, leading to desired change. Since entering the field, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, individual adults, couples, and diverse families both individually and in groups. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, behavior modification, relationship issues, stress, emotional disturbances, eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, and many more conditions. Because I believe in personalized care and use a strength-based, client-centered approach, the tone and environment of sessions will likely change depending on the client's needs.
