I believe my approach best serves adults who are ready to change and heal but may not necessarily know how to begin that process on their own. My approach tends to be more insight-oriented because I believe that self-understanding is necessary for sustained change. For many of us, therapy can be a pretty intimidating prospect. It's okay-in fact, it's completely normal-to enter therapy feeling uncertain and anxious. My hope is to provide a safe and reassuring environment where healing can begin.
