I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Intervention, and Person-Centered therapy. My focus is on working with individuals experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, low self-esteem, life transitions, relational issues, trauma, grief, and/or ADHD. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My sessions are characterized by a balance of warmth and professionalism, providing a welcoming and non-threatening space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while also incorporating evidence-based techniques to address their concerns. Together, we will work toward finding solutions, developing coping mechanisms, and processing events to further address each individual's unique needs and strengths.
