I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience. I have developed an interest in supporting older adults as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and changes that come with aging. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, loneliness, and adjustments related to health or shifting roles.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach focuses on honoring each person's life story. I utilize a strength based, person-centered approach that is focused on dignity, resilience and emotional well being. Together we build coping skills, process life experiences and support meaningful, balanced living.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clients can expect to feel welcomed in a compassionate, respectful, and supportive space where they feel seen, heard, valued and understood. It is my desire to create a safe haven where together we can focus on building and fostering connection which honors the richness of each person's life journey. I work very hard at building a solid rapport with my clients so that they can get the most out of all of our sessions together.
