I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience and hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley. I am also a yoga teacher with expertise in Breathwork and am bilingual in English and Spanish. We can optimize existing skills you already have, identify new techniques to meet challenges with confidence, and process the events of daily life to make meaning of it all. I am a good listener who can serve as a guide in addressing feelings of anxiety and/or depression and help you gain a sense of control so that love is the force directing the flow of your life.
