I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15 plus years of experience in the mental health and substance use fields. I specialize in supporting people with depression, trauma, anxiety, substance use, and life transitions (65+). I have worked in outpatient mental health and substance use settings. I take a collaborative approach to therapy. I have a certificate in cognitive behavior therapy and work with clients to identify negative thought patterns and feelings of being stuck. Through therapy I assist clients in working and challenging those negative distortions to improve wellbeing and confidence. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgement free space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to work towards the life you want.
