I am very impressed with with Wendy. She is very personal and she’s very knowledgeable and she shares with me the tools and things I need to help me deal with the suicide. That was so sudden and my family. I’m I’m growing, and I’m learning to cope by the skills and the technique. She’s sharing with me and I appreciate her help. She’s a great therapist.
I was looking for a black woman therapist. I found her to be very understanding of my problems. And she has done a great deal with helping me with my problems.
Wendy provides practical tools to help me navigate my daily mental health journey. She listens with empathy and understands my culture and values.
She has been an incredibly empathetic listener providing wisdom and skills I can use. She’s also assisted me in breaking a habit of ‘winning’ therapy by getting myself pulled together and moving forward… before I was actually ready or feeling settled because I was worried about being a burden.
She listens and gives great feedback and helps me to navigate my sometime complexed emotions. She provides different outlooks, which really helps me.
Wendy is very open and approachable.

She was helpful and knowledgeable. My concern was inconsistency with scheduling. On occasion we would have appointments scheduled but when I would check in she never checked in. Scheduling was my concern. There were times I really needed to talk and she was not there
