My name is Westly Francois, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida and Georgia. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee. With over 13 years of experience in acute, outpatient, and residential mental health and substance abuse treatment, I bring a broad understanding of diverse client needs. I enjoy staying physically active, reading, listening to music, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with my family and close friends. Recently, I have developed a passion for teaching and mentoring youth and young adults from various backgrounds. My approach I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life stressors, anger management, domestic violence, men’s issues, and career challenges. My counseling style is personable and interactive. I believe in meeting clients where they are in their therapeutic journey while encouraging them to reach attainable goals. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and eye movement desensitization techniques. My focus I tailor our interactions and treatment plans to support your unique journey.
