I believe that we, as humans, essentially want the same thing: to have contentment in our lives. In order to achieve contentment and peace, we must construct or reconstruct our internal temple. I have sought to understand the overall human experience-specifically human behavior, feelings, and the mind. Prior to and long after obtaining my Bachelor's degree and my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Felician University, I have helped people navigate the "why" and the "how" of their individual experiences. It has been a humbling opportunity to take the time to help someone move beyond their circumstances and deal with the hand life has dealt them. With the desire and interest of simply wanting to help people 'human' better, I have not shied away from the populations I have helped or am willing to help.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I thank you in advance for your interest in working with me. If we are a good fit for one another, you will have exposure to a therapist interested in the "whole" you. I aim to help you improve your overall quality of life; from a holistic approach. I am a spiritual human; faith-based and a splash of individuality. I believe being an authentic being is important to being the best therapist I can be, in order to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
