Hello! I’m a licensed counselor with over 10 years of experience in the field. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Fayetteville State University. My specialties include working with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, and compulsive and obsessive behaviors. I use a holistic approach that incorporates techniques such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. I often find that my clients benefit from my experience working with modern neuroscience, which helps us better understand what’s going on inside our brains as we work towards changing our patterns of thinking and behavior.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I want you to feel that the counseling process is successful. Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and to discuss your present concerns, goals, and any questions you might have. This is your journey to a better life, and I am here to guide you along the process. If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
