I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. My specialties include working with individuals experiencing antisocial behavior, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health issues, depression, eating disorders, gender identity concerns, grief and bereavement, life transitions, narcissistic personality disorder, OCD, intimate and romantic relationship issues, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions for those who prefer or require remote therapy.
