Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

William has been wonderful in all ways, he is open minded, solution oriented, warm, authentic, and mostly empowering for me. He has helped me start to turn my mindset from defeat and despair to I can do this, all the hard work is worth it. I appreciate all the time that we spend together.

After working with William for several weeks, it is clear to me that he is present, incredibly insightful, and best of all he possess an ability to create an openminded environment that at the same time holds me accountable.

I wish I could select all of these options to describe William’s counseling style. My husband and I have seen our fair share of individual and marital counselors, and William is on a different level. He has a gift for navigating his way through “the chaos”. We presented him with what felt like a mountain of problems, and he has helped us identify the underlying sources of our struggles as well as mutually agreeable paths forward. His solutions and guidance are realistic and doable. He knows when to push us and when to pull back. He is comforting and safe, but also wise and creative. He’s not only saved our marriage but also helped us grow as individuals. We still have work to do and progress to make, but unraveling the untended issues within a 20+ year relationship takes time. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude for William and we’ll be singing his praises for the rest of our lives. (Not exaggerating!)
