Hi, I'm Liam. "All manner of things shall be well." This is a way I strive to live by and it is the belief that drives my work. The world is in constant flux, and we are an ever-changing species. Sometimes though, even the best of us get stuck. Is the past holding on tight and refusing to let you move forward? Is the current state of the world around you, both locally and globally, keeping you awake into the night with fear and anxiety? You are not alone. Reaching out for support can feel like an impossible step. I understand that very well, as a helper and one who also needs help. Seeking support is a sign of strength, of courage, NOT weakness. You have taken the first step by reaching out. I am an open listener. Tell me your story. I am not the expert in your life; you are. I want to give you that safe space and be a non-judgmental person you can talk to. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, who self-identifies as Queer, I come from a strengths-based direction. You have strength, even if you may not realize it. It's your time to realize it. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. My specialties include adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, family relationships, gender identity, PTSD, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, trauma, children's mental/behavioral health, LGBTQIA+ support, and anxiety. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions for those who prefer or require remote support. Asking for help can be hard. The first step is the hardest. It gets easier with every step.
