What should a new client know about working with you?

As your therapist, it's important for you to know that I'm here to provide a safe and supportive environment for your healing journey. We'll work collaboratively to address your concerns, using evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. Confidentiality is paramount, and I'm committed to maintaining a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences to promote growth and well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The process of therapy typically involves several key steps. First, the client and I will establish goals for therapy and discuss the client's concerns and background during initial sessions. Then, the client and I will work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that outlines the strategies and techniques to be used. During therapy sessions, the client explores their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. I may use various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, or others, depending on the client's needs and goals. Throughout the process, I provide guidance, support, and feedback to help the client gain insight, develop coping skills, and make positive changes. Progress is regularly reviewed, and adjustments to the treatment plan may be made as needed.
