I am a Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals across the lifespan, including adolescents, adults, and seniors. I have over 15 years of professional experience working in traditional settings, including outpatient and inpatient mental health clinics. As a clinician and professional social worker, I understand how societal and systemic issues can impact day-to-day life. I take a diverse approach and draw from modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to help people feel supported in achieving their goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to care is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental, welcoming space where people feel comfortable expressing themselves openly. Through open and reflective communication, we can build a relationship that helps you navigate life transitions. My goal is to help you feel supported as you gain insight and clarity, and feel empowered to make changes or adapt as life changes occur.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we will take time to get to know one another in a relaxed, comfortable environment. There will be no pressure to discuss anything you don’t want to. I will explain how our sessions will work moving forward. We will focus on your goals and what you would like to gain from our work together. We will also talk about next steps.
