Psychotherapist

If you’ve found your way here, I want to start by saying—welcome. Looking for a therapist is a brave and meaningful first step, and I’m glad you’re taking it. Whether we end up working together or you find someone else who feels like the right fit, I truly wish you the best on your journey toward healing. You deserve support that feels right for you. I work with individuals who are moving through life changes, facing anxiety or depression, or processing past trauma. My approach is client-centered and collaborative—every session is shaped around what matters most to you, at your pace. When you're ready, I’m here. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported—just as you are. My approach As I mentioned, my work with each person is personalized and shaped by what feels most supportive for you. If you're drawn to a more cognitive, or top-down approach, I often bring in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help explore and gently shift any thoughts or beliefs that might be getting in the way of your well-being or personal growth. If you're more interested in a body-based, or bottom-up approach, I may integrate expressive arts or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you connect with and process emotions through the body. These approaches can be especially helpful when words aren't quite enough. Together, we’ll find what feels right and move at a pace that works for you. My focus I work with individuals ages 13 to 99 who are navigating a wide range of life experiences. Many of the people I work with come to therapy after experiencing something painful or overwhelming—such as a breakup, a major life transition, or the ongoing effects of past trauma or chronic stress. I also have the deep privilege of supporting first-generation Latino clients and immigrants, who may be balancing cultural expectations, exploring their identities, and carrying the weight of forging a new path—often without a clear roadmap.
