I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, specializing in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families through behavioral disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family stress, and life transitions.

I provide evidence-based, compassionate care in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Whether working with children, teens, young adults, or families, I meet clients where they are and adjust my approach to suit their individual needs.
Through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I help clients develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and create lasting, positive change.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through ZocDoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our initial assessment visit.

Most relevant
Admin was painful. Countless messages to fill in office application AFTER filling it out. Spoke to office countless times the day before. Had to create new pothole on new app that had to be downloaded only to find out that practitioner had never heard of platform. Was never sent correct login or platform info. We did an audio call instead. Then intake was wildly inappropriate. Practitioner may or may not be available for future appts. They routinely assign other practitioners. Not the personalized care I’m after. I selected this specific therapist for modalities listed on Zocdoc profile. I saw zero evidence of this. She might be very talented and able to offer all of these highlights - but she might not be available. Tedious and not relevant pediatric (I am an adult) intake form prevented me from asking a single question about her approach. She was unable to ask me a single question (off script) to even begin a conversation about why I’m there. Admin failing on many many many fronts.
