I have 26 years of experience in both in-patient and out-patient settings,. Experienced working with all ages, various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ+, women issues, relational etc. Please message first, for us to work out a day and time for our first session. My focus I am willing to work with any client who seeks to discover who they are, identify and utilize their strengths, continue to work on challenges, and is committed to changing maladaptive patterns that no longer serve them. My approach I'm trained in evidence-based practices such as DBG/CBT/Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed, Seeking Safety, Narrative, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, and Solution Focused. My approach is to find practical applications to your life challenges My communication style I foster open communication where a client can share whatever they feel comfortable sharing. Be open to new perspectives and ways to foster positive change. I will strive to give you honest feedback.
