I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern State University, which has equipped me to support others in finding peace, tranquility, motivation, and wholeness within their own lives and relationships. The reason I created HIP Mental Wellness Group is to help you discover the path of least resistance to living your best life. With over 20 years in the helping field, I am excited to support you in developing and creating a life that you love! Come on, let’s get started! I normalize therapy and help individuals feel welcomed and supported to allow for growth and empowerment. I have had the privilege to have worked with several amazing people who took the difficult step of seeking and wanting help to create a better life by working through their obstacles and traumas. I believe that people have the capability of creating a happy and fulfilled life with love, joy, passion, and ease. Through coaching and therapy services, I have assisted clients in making lasting changes that have inspire them to create a life that they love! I take an active role in sessions to ensure you get the best results possible.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
