My ideal client is someone who has experienced life changes—big or small—and is willing to invest the time to find new norms for their life. It may not always be easy, but I believe that with effort, it will lead to healthier outcomes. I also appreciate clients who are open to collaborating with me and are motivated to improve their quality of life. I am a licensed social worker with over a decade of experience working across the lifespan with individuals facing life transitions, mental health concerns, addictions, and more. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University. Together, I believe we can make a difference and help restore peace and balance. The statement, “...To know that one life has breathed easier because you have lived...this is to have succeeded...” is one I live by professionally. While I may not be able to completely change someone’s life, I know I can be a meaningful drop in their life bucket, offering support and hope in some way.
