Getting to know Zachary Rehbein-Jones

My practice is focused on helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I work collaboratively with clients, aligning with their natural motivations for change. Many people come to therapy facing anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles, often linked to major life transitions or past experiences. Together, we build self-awareness and work through difficult emotions when needed. The ultimate goal is relief, clarity, and freedom from patterns that no longer serve you. My approach I utilize an individualized approach rooted in CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to strengthen resiliency and provide coping skills to overcome daily life stressors. If you have ever found yourself stuck and desire a way to navigate and work through your personal challenges, I’m here to help. Together, we can build a path forward that aligns with your values and goals. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone—let’s work together to foster growth, healing, and meaningful change. My focus I work best with individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—and who are ready for change, even if they’re not quite sure what that looks like yet. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, healing from past experiences, or working through challenges related to substance use and recovery. If you’re someone who’s been trying to hold it all together but is starting to feel the weight of it, I see you. You might be questioning your direction, feeling burned out, or struggling to show up for yourself the way you want to. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, set goals that feel meaningful to you, and build practical tools and coping strategies to help you move forward. I bring a nonjudgmental, strengths-based approach that’s focused on helping you gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself.

I needed help regulating emotions and having someone to give me candid feedback and practices for managing stress and anxiety. I was struggling in my relationships with my wife and my kids. Things are a lot better now and I’m better able to manage my stress and anxiety.
Zach is an incredibly compassionate and thoughtful therapist. He makes me feel understood at every session, and builds meaningfully on what we’ve talked through together in previous sessions to guide our reflections. He strikes a great balance between helping me understand my thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and challenging me to make attainable changes to grow in line with goals we built together. Highly recommend working with him!
