Hello! My name is Zach and I have been practicing for over 10 years. I have Masters Degrees in both Social Work and Psychology and I'm really focused on understanding the whole person and their whole context as a necessary part of understanding their therapeutic needs. I'm also a strong believer in the therapeutic fit so make sure you find the right person!

What should a new client know about working with you?

My practice is centered around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I draw from a lot of different philosophies. My goal is not to superimpose a treatment on you but to collaborate on identifying your goals and finding the right methods to achieve them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal in our first appointment is to paint as full a picture as we can of who you are and what you feel like you need. From there we will work together to identify goals and start finding solutions.
