As a Psychotherapist, Relationship and Sex Expert, I have been successfully helping people for nearly a decade. I hold a Master's in Social Work from City University of New York, Hunter College, and a PhD from the Modern Sex Therapy Institutes. In my years of practice, I have helped clients by facilitating changes in their emotional health, communication, self-awareness, expression, and general daily functioning. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop individualized and unique strategies using an eclectic approach. I am welcoming, empathetic, and warm, which provides a comfortable space in which you can talk about anything-even things you have never been able to talk about with others before.
Clients have told me that they find me down to earth, easy to talk to, insightful, and understanding. It is very important to personalize therapy for each client. There is no “one size fits all” solution in therapy. I am flexible in my approach so that I can help clients meet their own personal goals. Over the years, I have worked with many people who, through our work together, have felt feelings of hope, happiness, and fulfillment.

Zairys was very friendly and a good listener. We saw her for couples therapy but each met with her individually first. She was helpful in our individual sessions. When we met with her together, she was late and she cut one session short because her toddler woke up from his nap. What did us in was when she very clearly took sides in one of our sessions and overtly cast negative judgement upon one of us. She also disclosed things in our couples sessions that we had said to her privately in our individual sessions.
She was perfectly friendly and had helpful feedback, but I would say overall unprofessional.
