I'm here to help you navigate oppressive systems and overcome barriers to self-actualization-to becoming the person you truly are. I center my approach on a social justice lens that prioritizes systemic change alongside individual healing. Counseling from a queer feminist framework, I emphasize life-story narration and self-acceptance through change. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Howard University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. I am sex-positive, kink-positive, and completely non-traditional. I infuse unconditional positive regard into all aspects of my life and work.
