My therapeutic philosophy focuses on restoring the wholeness of each individual. In a world that has encouraged and conditioned us to hide our pains, sorrows and blemishes, I believe true healing happens when we can both celebrate ourselves and embrace our challenging parts with love. My approach is person-centered and holistic. I meet clients where they are at and help them integrate mind, body and spirit so they can discover their life path and genuine authenticity. I believe that to be genuinely authentic and centered in Self allows us to share our personal and unique gifts with the world. The world needs YOU. Embarking on your healing journey is a brave step. I believe that we are all our own greatest healers and I would be honored to join you on your personal healing journey, helping you find your own innate wisdom to transform your life into the life you desire.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I tend to work through an IFS (Internal Family Systems) lens. I utilize a lot of mindfulness and love to encourage clients to incorporate their body through movement and sound. Together we will help build a bridge between the body and mind to foster a powerful healing space where all of our parts, even the challenging ones, are held with love.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will start with 2-3 60 minutes intake sessions where we talk about your history. After the intake sessions we will follow the pace of your system as we start to deepen into what your mind, body and spirit are seeking. Each session I will encourage you to bring in what has been resonating in the recent dats and then encourage in the moment mindfulness to see what is present and asking for attention as we move through our time together. I often assign "homework" in the form of small experiential exercises you can try between sessions to support the integration of what transpired in session.
