“I was in desperate need of a doctor who was accepting clients, had available openings within 2 weeks or less, was willing to take on a patient with a multitude of challenging medical issues when I stumbled onto this Doctors Office. I not only was able to find the perfect Dr and office for me but also got a same day appt and didn’t have to leave my home except for the pharmacy after. It gets better…..

About Dr. Jeremy Gomer
I sincerely thank you for considering my practice for your medical needs. My name is Dr. Gomer, physician owner of Virtue Primary Care in Temecula, CA. I named my practice Virtue Primary Care because a virtue is an excellence of moral and intellectual character, a goal for everyone who works here.
I earned my Doctor of Medicine from the University of Central Florida, completed a PhD at the University of California, San Diego, and finished my residency in Internal Medicine at the University of California, Riverside. These experiences have shaped my approach to patient care.
At Virtue Primary Care, we understand patient needs and are committed to strong communication. We have a rigorous routine ensuring all calls and messages are promptly returned. We won’t order labs and leave you in the dark—we will always contact you by your preferred method, even if results are normal. You can call us during business hours and speak to a real person without long holds or robotic prompts. Our job is to keep you well, partly by keeping you informed.
My practice philosophy emphasizes core elements of good health. We strive to minimize prescription medications whenever possible—zero is ideal. Many medications are prescribed by doctors with limited time. Here, we focus on medication reductions through patient education, counseling, and classes.
We are your partners in health. You won’t be forced or intimidated into any medication or treatment. Unlike other facilities, you are encouraged to research. Internet searches may or may not be right, but we applaud your initiative in taking control of your health and want to help you on this journey. We provide the best medical advice and share our perspective—the final decision about your health belongs to you.

I have never felt so unbelievably cared for and instantly connected to a doctor in my life besides my first psychiatrist when I was 16 years old which I'm now 31. I've struggled with panic syndrome and anxiety for the rest of my life and the only medication that works is controlled and he didn't once make me feel like a bad person, or anything that comes along with that nor did he centralize the visit regarding medication it was more about he and I having a conversation regarding my health care the prescriptions came last. I am blessed to have this doctor in more doctors should be this way I am so grateful.
