Dr. Pritchard grew up in the Tri Cities and attended Gonzaga University before receiving her medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. At medical school, Dr. Pritchard developed an interest in nutrition and obesity medicine. She’s curious about what fuels and motivates us both physically and emotionally. Her goal is for patients to feel educated, empowered, and encouraged to live their best and healthiest lives. Dr. Pritchard’s favorite part of Spokane is being outdoors, where she enjoys hiking, skiing, and the occasional canoe trip with her husband and three kids. Indoors, she loves to write and experiment with cooking whole foods.

I signed up with the provider so it was covered by insurance. She said she doesn’t do pre authorization and needed to use a cash/ credit card to fill my prescription. I asked if they could do that and said no. I also asked if the prescription could be used at a pharmacy and again, no. I would not had went with this company knowing that. The visit was way too long and interfered with another appointment.

Dr. Pritchard is hands down one of the best doctors I’ve seen. She took the time to make sure all my concerns were addressed brought up relative topics that she wanted to know more about and educated me on said topics, meds and other things. Her demeanor was friendly and professional and I am so happy she was my provider for my appt.
