About Dr. Stefan Huber
Dr. Stefan Huber is a family medicine physician who was born and raised in Nederland, TX. He is a Baylor University alumni who received his undergraduate degree in Health Science Studies and a Master's Degree in Public Health.
While earning these degrees, Dr. Huber played football underneath Art Briles, where he was starting center and helped Baylor University earn its first Big 12 Championship.
Upon graduating with his master's degree, Dr. Huber went on to receive his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN. Dr. Huber then returned to the town that made a large impact on his life and completed his family medicine residency through Waco Family Medicine in Waco, TX. Throughout his residency experience, he strived to provide personalized, comprehensive care to individuals and families.
Dr. Huber's experience with family medicine began at an early age as he watched his father, Dr. Tighe A. Huber, serve their community. His father's legacy lives on through Dr. Huber's contribution to medicine as well as his brother's, Dr. Trevor K. Huber, who serves the Frisco communities.
Dr. Huber enjoys spending time with his amazing wife, Nicole, and their two daughters in his free time. He is also known as someone who loves being outdoors and can be found cycling, reading, or grilling.

I have been waiting on a provider for over 6 months at Baylor Scott and White, they rescheduled my appt the day of for a month later so now I was 7 months waiting to get into to get a new pcp. Called several times and was told to to er or the urgent care. I found Dr.Huber on Zocdoc and was seen same day with 3 hours. He was able to treat me for my illness and refill my monthly meds all in one visit. Hands down best experience I have had since looking for a new PCP after mine retired. My whole family will now be his patients as well.

So far so good I would say. Listened to my lengthy concerns, and even asked if I had any more concerns after we were wrapping up the visit. Non judgmental, and I like that he’s taking things slow. Last time I went to the Dr they overwhelmed me , and I hadn’t been back to a Dr office sense. That was 6 yrs ago , but I’m happy I made an appointment with Dr.Huber and looking forward to future visits with him.

Have had a lot of bad experiences in the past not getting the proper help I needed for my visit. Dr. Huber made me feel comfortable, and genuinely listened to help find the best treatment for me. I have anxiety about going to the doctor, and within minutes I was comfortable being honest about my situation, and the whole staff was very friendly.
