Old school - but are tried and true tips for healthy living. It’s amazing what a small change in habit would do to help with cultivating a healthy body. Dr. Malz clearly has the orientation on focusing on daily habits or root causes for a condition rather than simply only prescribing a pill to solve the symptom. However with that said - it appears the scheduling leaves much to be desired. Although they want to make sure everyone is seen, as a result, very few people are turned away for being late or showing up without an appointment. If you’re willing to wait, you will be seen. If you are willing to speak up and calmly communicate your limited availability for the day of your schedule, and if the front desk lady is willing to accommodate your needs by essentially allowing you to cut in front of other patients, then you will be seen. I was about to walk away because there were two people ahead of me after waiting for 30min past my appointment time, only by voicing my desire for a refund and to reschedule did the front desk made the adjustment. It does go to show they will do their best to accommodate your schedule but if you do not speak up they will let the queue determine who gets to see the doctor next. Also - they will only take cash, so make sure you have enough ready if you know the visit will be costly. …read more
