All the doctors were very nice and personable, but I had to wait a long time between blood tests and other testing. I was there over 3 hours!

Dr. Harden herself was great. She was patient and she really was thorough. My ophthalmologist called her with an urgent matter and she called me herself to schedule. If she has any other locations I’d see her there because the 14th street location is horrible. (Has no reflection on the doctor herself.) Dr. Harden sent me for an MRI and a CTA. I needed prior authorization for the CTA and a member of her staff, named Jennifer, told NYU that she didn’t have the time to do it. When I called my insurance I was told they were waiting for a fax from them and that they had started the prior authorization 1 hour before I called. Absolutely ridiculous. As I work for a doctor I know that PA’s need to be done at least 2 days in advance because insurance can take time to approve or deny. Then when I called the office to speak to Jennifer she caught an attitude yelled “oh my god” and slammed down the phone. Another staff member helped me and completed my prior authorization although I still had to reschedule my CTA. I’ve had the results from NYU for a week and still waiting for someone to review the results. But don’t call the office. They don’t answer and their voicemail is full. Again Dr.Harden is fantastic but the staff can drive patients away quick.
Dr.Harden !!! Amazing and Sweet!!! Gave us New Hope !!!
Dr. Kokoszka is extremely thorough in understanding the issues you are having and recommending the proposed plan of action. She is very understanding to your issues.
Extremely pleasant. Dr. Dokko is patient, very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
it was a nice visit. pleasant office. she kept coughing in her hand instead of using tissue or the crease of her elbow and i don't know if she washed or sanitized her hands before assessing me. her and colleague were speaking a different language in my presence, little uncomfortable. otherwise all was well.
Dr. Rabinovich was very polite. She spent a good deal of time with me and listened to me about what my concerns were. Though the office doesn't seem that extensive because she shares an office with a dentist, it was very clean.
Excellent, kind and smart
Wonderful doctor! Extremely knowledgeable
I was seen promptly. Dr. Ahoubim listened to my experience and gave me a detailed examination. He made me feel like he is invested in my wellbeing and is dedicated to providing excellent care.
She really takes the time to listen and does not rush you.
It was my first visit and the Doctor seems to know what he was doing but the office is way to small and they seem to have over booked WAY too many patients. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours to be seen by the Dr. and then wait another 45 minutes to have a test done so overall it took me basically 5 hrs to go home!!! Very bad experience
Dr. Rosenthal was punctual, professional & extremely thorough.
I like how they treat me and they saw me right when I entrance the office.also the Dr. doctor know what he is doing
The long wait time was worth it for a chance to visit with the Dr. She made me feel heard and I really felt comfortable with her. She answered all my questions and it did not feel rushed. Highly recommend.
He was personable and seemed very skilled and honest, I enjoyed my visit.
I just saw the doctor the day before writing this so cannot comment on aftercare or follow-up but do want to attest to the amazing and thorough appointment. It was about 1.5 hours long, but within that time, my 11-month-old daughter received an EEG, a thorough examination, and lots of post-care referrals. I am confident that whatever her issue is will be thoroughly investigated by this doctor’s attention and complete evaluation. I feel armed with the tools to move forward and am no longer the worried and frantic mom that I walked in as.
