Getting to know Ady Benyishay

My experience started in 2010, working in an inpatient facility for an eating disorder residential program for about two years. From there, I moved on to working as a therapist at a residential program treating adolescents with dual diagnoses. I also opened my private practice at that time and saw clients remotely. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Ryokan College, which has greatly informed my approach to therapy. Currently, I'm working at Sober Living, helping adults deal with various addictions and mental health challenges, and seeing couples, families, and individuals through Telehealth. The modalities that I use often are CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches. I love my career and treat every client as if they are my only client. I'm passionate about helping people live to see their full potential and maximize their strengths while accepting their weaknesses. I've seen success stories throughout my career, which drives me to keep expanding my practice.
