Getting to know Alejandra Cruz

I have been a bilingual Clinical Social Worker for over 23 years and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 9 years. I enjoy working with people and meeting them where they are to help them return to an optimal level of functioning in their lives. I use various therapeutic modalities to meet their needs. My specialties include Autism/Asperger’s Spectrum, ADHD, Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Depression, Life Stressors, and Life Transitions. What makes me unique is my previous work experience in CPS, foster care, medical social work, community-based health and mental health education, government-based mental health, and private practice mental health via teletherapy. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, which has provided a strong foundation for my clinical practice and commitment to client-centered care.
