Psychodynamic and Relational approaches allow clients to explore patterns and relationships, while Mindfulness-Based and Trauma-Focused therapies create a safe environment for processing difficult experiences. My focus I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic population, including young adults, first-generation children of immigrant parents, and grad students who are navigating pivotal stages of life. I am passionate about supporting individuals committed to breaking generational patterns and healing trauma, especially those who feel the weight of complex relational dynamics.
