Hello, my name is Alexandria Carlson, and I'm an LPCC living in Toledo, Ohio. I originally hail from Chicago and Denver, Colorado. Growing up in these two social cities has cultivated my love for people and helping them thrive. Having walked in the shoes of depression and anxiety myself, I understand how debilitating both can be, so I am grateful and passionate about providing therapy. I also treat eating disorders at an outpatient level of care and can help give referrals to the community if your treatment needs require medically monitored care.
I earned my Master's in Counseling from Adams State University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively.
My mission is to continue to help my clients create room for impactful acceptance and change that will help them live a fulfilling and effective life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
