“I thoroughly enjoyed my session with Alexus. Typically during first sessions, it’s a lot of general questions and the reason for counseling isn’t discussed in depth. This was not the case for my 1st session with Alexus and I am grateful she allowed me to express my pressing thoughts. Alexus was easy to talk to and it felt as if we were having a flowing conversation. She was supportive, encouraging and positive. I’m looking forward to my next sessions and excited for my new chapter with guidance from Alexus.”

Getting to know ALexus Kealon

Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I support women who are navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves or their faith. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in clinical insight and a holistic view of mental wellness. Therapy with me is a space where your story matters and your healing is honored. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward peace, purpose, and wholeness. My approach I use a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT) to help you explore how your thoughts and beliefs are shaping your emotions and behaviors, especially when it comes to patterns rooted in trauma or past experiences. My approach is practical and empowering, offering tools to help you challenge unhelpful thinking, process difficult emotions, and build healthier ways of coping. I also draw from strengths-based and faith-integrated perspectives, meeting you where you are and honoring the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that supports your goals, builds resilience, and helps you feel more grounded and hopeful in your daily life. My focus Life transitions, whether it’s starting college, navigating adulthood, shifting careers, or experiencing changes in relationships, can feel confusing and emotionally overwhelming. I work with individuals who find themselves in seasons of uncertainty, especially those juggling expectations, identity, and the desire for deeper connection and clarity. This includes young adults and college students facing pressure to figure things out, as well as anyone feeling stuck or unsure of their next steps. In therapy, we’ll work together to untangle the stress, explore what truly matters to you, and build the tools and confidence to move forward with intention and self-trust.
