What should a new client know about working with you?

My Approach: My work blends evidence-based therapy with a warm, relational style rooted in respect for your lived experience. Together, we’ll slow down, make sense of what’s unfolding, and build tools that help you feel grounded and empowered. Sessions may include CBT, mindfulness, life-review work, and strengths-based reflection. You set the pace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Most importantly, you get to show up as you are. You do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need to minimize what you are carrying. This is a space where your story matters and where the next chapter can begin with intention, compassion, and support. If you are looking for therapy that feels thoughtful and genuine, you're in the right place.
