Hello! I am so excited that you are ready and eager to work through whatever you may be facing. Although you may be experiencing some distressing times, you will get through it! Healing and hope are available if you are willing to receive. So open up your heart and mind and be ready to receive when you schedule your appointment with me. I look forward to hearing from you and learning the ways I can collaborate with you to establish the plans God has for you! I provide services in both English and Spanish. I've worked extensively with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress management, and Christian counseling. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. There is HOPE. I want to work collaboratively with you and lead you down a road of healing and self-discovery. My goal is to make therapy productive and enjoyable for you to gain perspective and encouragement for everyday life.
