Amy‚Äôs bio is what drew me to her. She seemed to be very knowledgeable about various approaches to therapy which translated to me that she‚Äôs a life long learner and passionate about her craft. She didn‚Äôt disappoint! She is ready with tools to help regulate emotions, engage with authentic self, increase self compassion, and to find strategies to deal with challenging situations with others. She is amazing!
