Psychotherapist
CA
Hi there, I'm Ana! Hi, I’m Ana Jaimes, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges—one conversation at a time. In a world that often moves too fast, I believe in finding moments of stillness and creating a space where you can do just that. Think of therapy with me like a deep breath or a cozy chat over your favorite cup of tea—a place to reflect, heal, and grow. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support, I’m here to guide you with warmth, understanding, and real talk. Let’s work together to create the change you need. My approach I primarily integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, creating a foundation of awareness, self-compassion, and actionable change. My approach is collaborative and intuitive—I ask thoughtful questions to understand your perspective and meet you where you are. Depending on your needs, I may integrate intergenerational work, inner child healing, and somatic breathwork to support deeper healing. My focus I’ve supported people from all walks of life navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, major life changes, and grief. I’m especially passionate about working with women, the Latino community, and individuals exploring their identity and sexuality. No matter where you’re coming from or what you’re facing, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Healing isn’t a solo journey—you don’t have to do this alone. My communication style My presence in the therapy room is calm, curious, and reflective. I ask guiding questions to help you paint the picture of your experiences, and when the time is right, I offer new perspectives—different brushstrokes—to help you see your strengths, skills, and resilience in a new light.
