What should a new client know about working with you?

I take an evidence-based, collaborative approach using CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety. We start by building safety and stability: managing triggers, improving routines, reducing substance use, and creating plans for mood shifts. Trauma work moves at your pace. I am straightforward, non-judgmental, and practical. I especially enjoy working with women who feel like they are carrying everything alone. My focus is anxiety, women's issues, bipolar/mood disorders, addiction and the ways these often overlap. You get a calm, judgment-free space where you can be honest and make real progress.
