During my graduate training, I had the opportunity to work with other survivors of trauma. This experience showed me the powerful role therapy can play in recovery and solidified my commitment to supporting others through their healing journeys. My goals for you I believe that therapy is a partnership. Together, we will identify and set goals that matter to you. As we work together, your goals may evolve as you gain new insights.
