My approach My primary focus is using a psychodynamic perspective. It's a type of talk therapy that explores how your childhood experiences and unconscious thoughts influence your current behavior and relationships. The aim is to gain self-awareness and use that awareness practically to grow and heal. I also use tools from other therapeutic approaches to best support your goals. I like to educate and explain the therapeutic process along the way. My focus I work with adults 18 and up experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and those seeking support for self-esteem and relationship issues. Motherhood, fatherhood, college students, divorced, single, married—my background with various clients has provided a rich understanding of people and the struggles we face. Most importantly, I relate authentically because I have been through therapy myself and know what it's like to be human. Education I earned my Master’s in Psychology from Vanguard University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. My communication style When you communicate with me, my hope is that you know I care! Our conversations will be rooted in fairness, truth, and honesty.
